Within 12 months of purchase, if your battery experiences a defect not caused by human misuse, you are eligible for a repair or replacement.
How to apply:
- The customer is required to cooperate with the troubleshooting process for the product.
- To verify the issue, the customer must provide clear videos or photos as evidence, including the model number of the defective product and visible proof of the defect.
- Contact us via our official email or the Contact Us page.
⚠️ Note: As a consumable item, battery capacity naturally depletes over time. This is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Process

(1)Contact Us: Please click "Contact Us" for further assistance.
(2)RMA Authorization: Once approved, we will send your RMA number via email. Please mark/print/write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
⚠️ Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted by our after-sales team.
(3)Return product: The RMA is valid for 30 days after issuance. Returned items must arrive within this period. Please provide the shipping carrier and tracking number when sending the product.
(4)Inspection & Resolution: After receiving the returned package, our technical department will check the returned items. We will reschedule the battery within 2-7 working days after receiving the goods.
⚠️ Disclaimer: For products outside the warranty period, hpbatteryireland.com reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement. In addition, the warranty period for all replacement products is the same as that for the original defective product.
